Acceptable Use
Rules against fake accounts, fake capability, spam, fraud, abuse, discrimination, malware and automated misuse.

1. Purpose
The Platform is designed to help Capability Consumers and Capability Providers find trusted professional capability.
Users must not use the Platform in a way that harms other Users, undermines trust, breaks the law or damages the Platform.
2. Fake accounts and impersonation
You must not:
- create fake accounts;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- misrepresent your authority to act for an organisation;
- use another User's account without permission;
- create accounts to avoid suspension or moderation.
3. Fake capability
Capability Providers must not misrepresent:
- skills, qualifications or experience;
- location, availability or rates;
- identity, employer, client history or portfolio;
- whether capability is provided by an individual, company, team, AI-assisted service or other arrangement.
4. Fake briefs or opportunities
Capability Consumers must not post fake, misleading or unlawful opportunities.
Briefs must not be used to harvest data, test candidates without a genuine need, advertise unrelated services, or mislead Capability Providers about pay, scope or decision-making.
5. Spam and automated abuse
You must not:
- send bulk unsolicited messages;
- scrape the Platform;
- use bots to create accounts, harvest data, apply, message or manipulate ranking;
- overload, probe or disrupt Platform systems;
- bypass rate limits or access controls.
6. Fraud, phishing and malware
You must not use the Platform to:
- request or send fraudulent payments;
- phish for passwords, payment details or personal data;
- upload or link to malware;
- trick Users into unsafe downloads or external sites;
- launder money or facilitate financial crime.
7. Abusive behaviour
You must not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, exploit or abuse another User.
This includes unwanted sexual content, coercive behaviour, repeated unwanted contact and retaliation after a User declines an opportunity.
8. Discrimination
You must not use the Platform to discriminate unlawfully.
Briefs, profiles and communications must not exclude, target or disadvantage people on unlawful discriminatory grounds.
9. Illegal or harmful content
You must not post or share content that is illegal, exploitative, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit in an inappropriate context, or otherwise harmful to marketplace trust.
10. Sanctions and restricted activity
You must not use the Platform in breach of sanctions, export controls or other legal restrictions.
Users are responsible for checking whether they may lawfully offer, receive or pay for capability in their own circumstances.
11. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, report activity, preserve evidence or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
We may not provide detailed reasons where doing so would create security, legal, fraud or abuse risk.
